Senior HR Business Partner
A global multi-strategy hedge fund is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner.
In this role, you'll partner with portfolio managers, analysts, quantitative researchers, and technologists, acting as the point of contact across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and probation through performance, promotion, and exit. You'll own the annual review and compensation cycles for your teams end to end, gathering and challenging inputs from team heads, preparing recommendations for sign-off, and supporting managers through the conversations. Around that sits the day-to-day of a large and busy office, and the wider role includes employment contracts and offers, right-to-work and visa matters, benefits questions, policy work, and accurate people data. You'll also work closely with colleagues in New York and Asia where cycles, frameworks, and reporting are shared across regions.

Requirements
You'll need strong generalist or business partnering experience gained in a hedge fund, trading firm, asset manager, or a high-calibre technology business, and the credibility to give smart and direct people clear answers without jargon or delay. UK employment law knowledge is desirable. You should be comfortable doing hands-on work as well as covering more strategic and holistic work and have excellent discretion.

Reporting
You'll report into the head of the function locally with direct access to senior leadership.
