£50,000–£54,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced Senior ER & HR Advisor to provide expert, pragmatic HR support to an educational establishment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a varied portfolio of complex employee-relations cases, ensuring issues are resolved fairly, effectively and at the earliest opportunity.
  • Advise principals, leadership teams and managers on matters including absence, capability, conduct, grievances and organisational change.
  • Build effective working relationships with recognised trade unions and support the resolution of local and regional matters.
  • Work with the central recruitment team to support attraction and recruitment activity across the region.
  • Review regional HR data alongside finance and education leaders, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support organisational and cultural-change programmes aligned with the Trust’s wider strategy.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new academies, including TUPE processes, employee-data transfers and local induction arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively with external HR partners and providers to ensure effective service delivery and value.
  • Contribute to national HR forums, events and best-practice initiatives.
  • Support wider business-as-usual HR activity across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
