Frazer Jones has partnered with a leading international organisation to recruit an Senior HR Manager - Change and Transformation, to join a newly evolving HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major HR transformation programme, shaping the future of people practices across a complex, multi-country European business.

This is far more than a traditional HR role. You'll have the chance to influence strategy, redesign core HR frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, and create lasting organisational impact.

What you'll be doing

As a key member of the HR Centre of Excellence, you will:

  • Lead the review and redesign of critical HR frameworks, including:
    • Job grading and job architecture
    • Performance management
    • Promotion frameworks
    • Reward and remuneration structures
  • Drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption
  • Review and enhance HR operating models, helping define the future roles and interactions between HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and operational teams
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver practical, business-focused solutions
  • Develop governance frameworks, policies, processes, guidance materials, and training programmes
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to build alignment and drive change
  • Use workforce and reward data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Establish sustainable governance and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure long-term success

  • Significant experience in a specialist HR discipline such as:
    • Organisational Development
    • Reward & Compensation
    • Talent Management
    • Performance Management
    • HR Transformation
    • Learning & Development
  • Experience designing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, operating models, or organisational change programmes
  • Strong knowledge of at least two of the following:
    • Job grading / job architecture
    • Performance management
    • Promotion frameworks
    • Reward and remuneration
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects from design through implementation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience working within regional or global organisations across multiple geographies
