Senior HR Manager - Talent
Salary: up to £85k
Hybrid working: 2 days in office per week
This is a high-profile role for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about unlocking potential across an organisation. Rather than focusing on traditional learning and development activity, you'll help shape how talent is identified, nurtured and progressed, ensuring the firm is equipped with the skills, leadership capability and succession plans needed for future success.
Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you'll take a broad view of the employee journey, helping to create an environment where individuals can thrive, progress their careers and make a long-term impact on the business.
Key duties will include:
- Driving talent initiatives that support the firm's long-term people and business objectives.
- Partnering with leaders to identify future capability requirements and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Facilitating discussions around potential, performance and future career opportunities across key talent groups.
- Enhancing approaches to career progression, ensuring employees have visibility of development opportunities and routes to advancement.
- Supporting managers to build stronger teams through effective talent planning and people-focused decision making.
- Using workforce insight and people data to inform strategic talent priorities and investment decisions.
- Championing initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and prepare the business for future growth.
- Building strong relationships across the HR function and wider business to embed a consistent approach to talent management.

About you:
We're interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who have a genuine interest in talent and organisational capability, whether your background sits within Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organisational Development or a broader strategic HR role.
You'll have experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing people decisions and helping organisations make the most of their talent. Success in this role will come from your ability to take a strategic view, connect people initiatives to business goals and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, relationship driven and comfortable balancing long-term planning with practical delivery. Previous experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
