Aramark UK is recruiting for a Senior HR Operations Advisor (Employment & TUPE Specialist) to play a pivotal role in shaping a compliant, efficient, and people-focused HR service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong employment law expertise and TUPE knowledge to become the subject matter expert within our HR Operations team. You'll provide specialist guidance on complex contractual matters, support business-critical workforce changes, and help ensure our people processes remain legally compliant and operationally effective.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Legal and business stakeholders, you'll lead on TUPE activity, employment documentation and terms and conditions reviews while supporting the delivery of a high-quality employee lifecycle service. This role offers the chance to influence process improvement, drive standardisation across the organisation, and contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives, making a real impact on both employee experience and business success.

This is a full time and permanent role based two days in the Horsforth Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, contractual matters, and HR policies, ensuring compliance and mitigating organisational risk.
  • Lead and coordinate HR activities relating to TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and organisational change projects, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Review, draft, and maintain employment contracts, terms and conditions, and associated documentation to ensure legal compliance and consistency.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex employee lifecycle and employee relations queries, supporting the wider HR Operations team with specialist expertise.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing HR processes, simplifying documentation, and implementing standardised ways of working across the business.
  • Coach and support HR Administrators and Coordinators, sharing best practice and developing capability in employment law, contractual matters, and HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to apply legislation in a practical HR environment.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting TUPE transfers, organisational change, or workforce transition activities.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting employment contracts, terms and conditions, and associated HR documentation.
  • Previous experience within an HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration function, handling complex employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to advise managers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
