Interim HR Business Partner
An established organisation based in South Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support the business through an important period of HR change and development. A key focus of the assignment will be supporting the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), working with key stakeholders to help ensure the new system is successfully introduced and embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and rollout of a new ATS
- Work with HR and key stakeholders to ensure the new system meets operational requirements
- Support the development and embedding of new recruitment processes
- Support organisational change and wider HR projects
- Coach and support managers on HR policies and best practice

About You:
- Experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager / Talent Partner
- Previous experience of HR systems or ATS implementation
- Strong generalist HR and recruitment background
- Confident working with and influencing managers at all levels
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on interim environment
- Able to quickly build relationships and make an immediate impact
This role will be site based in South Birmingham five days per week, so applicants must be comfortable with a fully onsite working pattern.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining HR transformation and systems implementation with hands-on operational HR.
