What you’ll be doing:

  • Configure, customise and continuously improve Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR technology platforms.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for HR systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting support and impact assessments for system changes.
  • Partner with HR, IT and third-party vendors to deliver enhancements, integrations and service improvements that support business priorities.
  • Support testing and release management activities, including regression testing for monthly patches and major system upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks and enhance the colleague experience through effective use of HR technology.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR administration and employee self-service functionality.
  • Hands-on experience using Oracle AI Studio in a live business environment, with the ability to demonstrate practical application and delivery of AI-driven solutions. This goes beyond training or proof-of-concept activity and is a key requirement for the role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle BI administration, configuration and reporting.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fast Formula, workforce structures and HR system design.
  • Working experience of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including configuration and ongoing administration.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Oracle security models, roles and access controls.
  • Good understanding of payroll systems, processes and associated compliance considerations.
  • Experience delivering and supporting HR system integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for improving colleague experiences through technology.
