Role Overview

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

Role Purpose

The HR Senior Administrator – Rewards & Benefits will provide support to the HR Team enabling the efficient execution of tasks and preparation of data, whilst delivering an efficient and professional advisory service to the business.

Responsibilities

Rewards & Benefits

  • Assist in the administration of the company benefits, including communication to build staff engagement and answer queries
  • Manage employee records related to benefits enrollment, changes in benefits and other relevant information
  • Conduct benefit information inductions for new employees
  • Liaise with the Rewards & Benefits Team to ensure that employee benefits programs are effectively integrated within other HR processes and initiatives
  • Guide and support employees with Reward & Benefit related queries
  • Support preparation and review of the monthly payroll sign-off process
  • Provide administrative support for the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus process
  • Assist in the maintenance of the HR Information Systems
  • Provide administrative support to HRBP’s to ensure related policies are updated with any changes to legislation and internal changes.
  • Support ad-hoc data tasks and projects as required
  • Maintain HR Colleague Experience Team Operating Procedures, Employee Guides and information held on the UTB Intranet.

Recruitment

  • To provide administrative support for interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide administrative support across the HR Team to ensure smooth transition from offer stage to on-boarding
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Benefit & Reward information for candidates & external agencies

Talent Development & Training

  • Supporting colleagues with queries in relation to the LMS
  • Assist with the organisation and management of external courses and qualifications
  • Administrative support to ensure effective and timely roll out of Mandatory Training
  • All staff comms promoting training and internal events
  • General course administration including delegate management, liaison with UTB front of house, and feedback gathering
  • Involvement in creating training guides and support for colleagues
