Senior HR Advisor / Chatham / Hybrid
Overview:
Our client are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team to work closely with employees and senior leader in the business. The role will cover ER, recruitment, L&D, reward and benefits and onboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity to excel your design career with future progression available.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Analysing workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations that improve people management practices.
- Coaching and developing managers to build capability in handling people matters and promoting best practice.
- Leading recruitment and talent management activities, ensuring effective attraction, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimising organisational risk.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- CIPD Level 5 or higher
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry or similar
- Confident making decisions
- Experience with employee relations cases
