Senior HR Advisor/HRBP (FTC)
HR Support are excited to be working with this dynamic and forward-thinking mid-sized boutique Law Firm to find them a Senior HR Advisor/HRBP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive and respected HR team, focusing on the stakeholder management, advisory, and ER side of HR.
If you’re a career-minded HR professional with experience working in professional services or a similar, commercially driven industry, then this role could be the perfect next step, or even “step-up” for you! Although it's initially on a 6-month FTC, there is a chance of it being extended or even going permanent.

Duties Include:
- Act as the first point of call for queries on HR issues and advice across the business group
- Provide support to Head of HR and Senior Stakeholders with absence management, including follow-ups and producing/analysing reports
- Support the Senior Manager with disciplinary, grievance, and performance-related issues
- Utilise your knowledge of employment legislation in day-to-day practice while proactively keeping up to date with any changes in the law
- Conduct exit interviews and report/analyse the data, offering insights and suggestions
- Manage the probation process for all new joiners - lawyers and business support staff

Ideal candidates will have gained this experience within a commercial environment and need to be immediately available.
