Senior People Business Partner
Central London – 1-day WFH
£90,000-£100,000 + Bonus

Our client is a prestigious organisation operating within the Automotive sector, with a substantial heritage and an ambitious strategy for future growth and performance. The organisation operates within a fast-paced, highly commercial and performance-led environment, bringing together specialist technical and professional teams.
About the Successful Applicant
You will be an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive strategic business partnering experience in a complex commercial environment (Commercial, Marketing, IT, Procurement). A CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent, is required. You will bring strong commercial acumen alongside expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, transformation, change and talent management. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical capability and the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders will be essential.
About the Job
This is a senior People partnering opportunity with responsibility for supporting multiple business areas and ensuring the people strategy closely reflects wider organisational priorities. Working alongside senior leadership and the wider People team, you will provide strategic advice across organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, transformation and performance.

You will also provide leadership and guidance to other People Business Partners, helping to strengthen partnering capability and deliver a consistently high-quality service across the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing constructive challenge, coaching and strategic People advice.
- Developing workforce plans that identify future skills and capability requirements while balancing commercial priorities and investment.
- Supporting significant organisational change and transformation programmes from a people and culture perspective.
- Working closely with Employee Relations colleagues to navigate senior-level organisational changes and maintain positive employee relationships.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams on senior recruitment, succession pipelines and critical talent requirements.
- Supporting leaders with objective setting, performance management, annual reviews and reward processes.
- Leading talent and succession planning activity to strengthen leadership and specialist capability for the future.
- Using workforce, commercial and external market data to identify trends and inform evidence-based recommendations.
- Reviewing organisational structures and recommending changes that improve effectiveness and prepare teams for future requirements.
- Collaborating with specialist People teams across areas including talent, leadership, reward, employee relations and People services.
- Helping to develop a high-performance culture while ensuring the employee experience remains central to People decisions.
- Measuring the effectiveness and commercial value of People initiatives and transformation activity.
