Senior HR Business Partner, North West, up to c£75,000 plus excellent benefits, permanent.

Our client is a highly successful and growing organisation, recognised for its strong culture and ambitious plans for future expansion. Following a period of significant transformation, they are now seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will form part of a wider HR team and will act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders to deliver a value-adding, forward-thinking HR service. You will have a regional remit and will be responsible for partnering closely with leadership teams to align people strategy with wider business objectives, ultimately driving performance, and enabling sustainable growth. This is a true business partner role requiring a strategic, commercially astute, and innovative people partner who is passionate about delivering results and enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals, while remaining aligned to its core purpose and values.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class HR solutions across all areas, including employee relations, talent, and engagement.
  • Play a pivotal role in leading and supporting complex change, transformation, and modernisation programmes.

Requirements

This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a high-impact HR strategy across a multi-site, commercially focused business. With strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, you will be tasked with promoting effective ways of working and continuous improvement to enable the delivery of targets, with particular emphasis on:
