Based in our offices in Aberdeenshire, CRC Evans is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to support our operations across the UK, Netherlands, and wider international locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to drive business performance, organizational growth, and positive employee experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy, leading change initiatives, supporting complex employee relations matters, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to achieve our ambitious goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business growth
  • Supporting operations across multiple countries, including the Netherlands
  • Leading workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities
  • Driving organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters
  • Coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing teams
  • Using people data and insights to influence business decisions
  • Supporting international workforce mobility and cross-border people initiatives

What we are looking for

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience within a multinational organization
  • Experience supporting international workforces across multiple countries and jurisdictions
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience leading organizational change and business transformation
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people and business priorities
  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent experience
