π Senior HR Business Partner β North Region

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our North Region, partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and exceptional care.
Reporting to the Head (Director) of HR and working closely with the North Regional Director, you'll lead on strategic HR initiatives, complex employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, and leadership development across the region.
π What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver regional HR priorities
- Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert advice
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, and retention
- Coach and develop managers to build confident people leadership
- Use workforce data and insights to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with employment law, HR best practice, and regulatory standards

π€ About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Multi-site experience in a preferably healthcare-related or other heavily regulated environment.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner role
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience managing complex employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
