About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive and personable Senior HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment for a 6–12 month FTC.
This is an exciting time to join this global business as they are going through a significant period of transformation. Working closely with senior leaders across the corporate functions, you’ll play a key role in supporting them and their teams through change, helping to win hearts and minds and ensuring the people agenda supports the wider direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Think strategically, quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders and provide thoughtful coaching and challenge.
- Be equally happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day.
- Navigate complex ER issues, support organisational change, develop leadership capability, or help a manager work through a tricky people challenge.
- Coach, lead and mentor managers, helping to upskill leaders and build greater confidence and capability across the business.

Requirements
- Experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background.
- Worked within large, fast-paced, complex and changing organisations (ideally a Global business).
- Operate strategically while remaining genuinely hands-on.
- Strong ER experience and comfortable handling complex people matters.
- Confident coaching, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting transformation and organisational change.
- Quickly build trust, credibility and strong relationships.
- Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Enjoy developing and upskilling leaders rather than simply providing the answers.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join at a genuinely interesting point in the organisation’s journey, make an impact quickly and help leaders and their teams successfully navigate a period of transformation.
The role is initially being offered on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract.
