Senior HR Business Partner, Surrey, c£90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, Permanent

Our client is a well-established and highly respected international organisation, recognised for its quality and commitment to excellence. Following a period of recent change, they are now looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support a key business division.

About the Role

Reporting into the European HR Director and business partnering at a senior level, this is a strategic leadership role, where you will support a defined European business area. You will partner directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), whilst working closely with the wider people team and HR Centres of Excellence (COE’s). Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with the broader HR agenda. Playing a critical part in enabling the organisation to attract and retain top talent, you will be at the forefront of embedding a culture where everyone can thrive.

  • Solid HR Business Partner with self-motivation and a commercially minded approach
  • Capable of navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and leadership development skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, challenge ideas, and influence decision-making
  • Credible, commercial, and proactive
  • Ideally with European experience and prior exposure of supporting technology, procurement, or logistics within a large, multi-site, retail, FMCG, or similar type organisation
