Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is an on-site role based in Feltham. This role partners with leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Advising on employee relations
- Coaching managers on performance and development
- Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding
- Overseeing key HR processes such as compensation reviews and succession planning

The Senior HR Business Partner will also:
- Lead or contribute to HR projects
- Support change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to drive consistency and best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in HR business partnering, including strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and stakeholder management.
- Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and coaching managers through complex people issues.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR compliance within a large, multi-site or international organization.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead HR projects, support change management, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools; experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) and substantial experience in a senior HR partner role.
