Senior HR Business Partner
We’re looking for an experienced senior HR professional to join a large, ambitious and growing business at a particularly exciting time.
With significant growth plans, further acquisitions on the horizon and plenty of change underway, there’s a lot happening across the organisation. As you’d expect, the people agenda is equally busy, with a broad range of HR projects and initiatives to get involved in.
Leading a team of regional HR Business Partners, you’ll work closely with senior operational leaders, helping them navigate the challenges of a growing business whilst ensuring the people strategy supports wider commercial objectives.
It’s a varied role with plenty of scope to make your mark. Alongside leading and developing your team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the wider people agenda, particularly around talent, succession, performance, engagement and the overall colleague experience.
There’s also a significant project element to the role. From developing new people initiatives and improving existing ways of working to supporting acquisitions, organisational change and business growth, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how the organisation evolves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
