Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation at an exciting time of change and growth.

This is a strategic role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational performance and foster a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead organisational change, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on UK employment law and complex employee relations.
  • Support performance, succession planning, recruitment and retention.
  • Use HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven Senior HR Business Partner experience within a complex or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Able to travel occasionally between UK sites.
