Senior HR Business Partner
Central London
£65,000 – £70,000 per annum
Permanent, Full-time
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll influence business decisions, strengthen leadership capability and help create a high-performing culture where both people and the organisation can thrive. This is a strategic and hands-on opportunity within a fast-paced, growing environment where you'll work alongside senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while driving continuous improvement and organisational change.

Your responsibilities as Senior HR Business Partner
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and confidence in managing their teams.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve decision-making.
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for in a Senior HR Business Partner
- Previous experience operating in a senior HR Business Partnering position ideally gained in a fast-paced growing commercial business.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience of HR change management, restructuring, workforce planning, TUPE and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to travel to other offices across UK and Europe as/when required.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment best practice.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions.
- Ability to interpret people data and translate insight into practical business solutions.
