We are currently working in partnership with a world-renowned art gallery based in Central London, who are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on a temporary six-month contract.

This role is essential in providing strategic HR support and guidance to the organisation. It is on a full-time basis with 3 days p/w WFH and the daily rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trusted HR partnering and practical advice to managers across the organisation
  • Lead and advise on complex employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management
  • Support TUPE processes, restructures, organisational change, and consultation processes
  • Develop effective relationships with trade unions and employee representatives
  • Advise on employment legislation, policy, and best practice across a broad range of people matters
  • Manage sensitive and high-risk employee relations cases, including those that may progress to Employment Tribunal
  • Coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives as required
