Forward Role are supporting a leading UK organisation in the search for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior operational and commercial leaders across a large, complex business.
This is a high-impact role where you'll influence people strategy, drive organisational change, and provide commercially focused HR support at executive level. You'll be a trusted advisor, balancing strategic initiatives with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead complex ER and industrial relations activity, including union engagement and consultation processes.
- Support business transformation and change programmes.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Coach and support HR colleagues while collaborating with wider HR teams.

About You
- Senior HR Business Partner experience within a complex, fast-moving organisation.
- Strong employment law and employee relations expertise.
- Experience working with trade unions and collective consultation processes.
- Proven track record of leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
