Senior HR Business Partner – Change & Transformation (6 Month FTC)
Location: Coventry - Hybrid
Salary: £80,000
We are partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC. This is a high impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong track record of leading change, transformation, and organisation design activity.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting business-critical transformation programmes, helping leaders navigate complexity, shape future operating models, and deliver effective organisational change. This role requires someone who can build credibility quickly, challenge constructively, and operate confidently within a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver complex change and transformation initiatives.
- Lead organisation design activity, including reviewing structures, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Provide strategic HR advice and challenge to support business decisions.
- Coach leaders through periods of significant change, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
- Support consultation processes, restructures, and workforce change activity.
- Use insight and data to inform people decisions and shape effective solutions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation, including challenging and influencing where required.

About You:
You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with demonstrable experience of:
- Leading organisation design and transformation programmes within complex environments.
- Operating confidently with senior stakeholders and managing challenging relationships.
- Working at pace, managing ambiguity, and balancing multiple priorities.
- Translating business challenges into practical people solutions.
- Influencing leaders and delivering change through strong relationships and credibility.
