Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The consultant will work directly with client leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding programs that support business growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Advising on employee relations
- Performance management frameworks
- HR policies
- Compliance with labor and employment regulations
The role involves:
- Conducting HR audits
- Developing and updating HR documentation
- Providing guidance on organizational design and change management
- Facilitating training for managers
- Supporting culture and engagement initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor on complex HR issues across multiple client organizations
Qualifications
- Strong background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience guiding senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and people operations.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including handling complex cases, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, particularly within the United Kingdom, and experience ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable HR strategies for high-growth or startup environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with clients in the London Area and manage multiple engagements concurrently.
