Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to provide high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.

This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a strong employee and stakeholder experience across the business.

Reporting to the Global HRD, this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with managers and employees while owning core HR processes end to end.

Key Responsibilities

HR Generalist:

  • Support recruitment activity, from sourcing through to offer, partnering with hiring managers and external recruiters as needed.
  • Manage work authorisation and visa processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience.
  • Support training, performance review cycles, and engagement initiatives.
  • Deliver ad hoc HR reporting and support HRIS data integrity and projects.
  • Provide day-to-day generalist support and cover across the HR team as required.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of firm-wide initiatives such as wellness, employer branding, and engagement programs.
  • Provide support and coverage for local and international HR teams as required.
  • Deliver ad hoc HR reporting, HRIS integration, and project work to support business needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the first point of contact for ER matters, providing sound, pragmatic advice to managers on performance, conduct, and grievance issues.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Ensure ER casework is handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment law and company policy.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Oversee monthly payroll process, liaising with finance and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work with the employee benefits team to support onboarding enrolments, renewals, and day-to-day queries.
  • Support the Annual Compensation Review process, working with market data and performance outcomes and key stakeholders including Finance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid generalist HR experience, ideally with payroll and benefits administration exposure.
  • Confident handling ER casework independently, with sound working knowledge of employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable working within HRIS systems.
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above preferred/ HR qualification or similar.
