Senior HR Manager – Manufacturing Company
📍 Thame, Oxfordshire / Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
We’re hiring a Senior HR Manager for an established international business operating across manufacturing and construction.
This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, support operational and office-based teams, and take ownership of HR across the UK business.
The role
- Partner with senior leadership on people and workforce matters
- Lead employee relations and support managers day-to-day
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Develop HR policies and processes
- Support both operational and professional teams
- Help shape the people function as the business grows

Who we're looking for
You’ll be an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working close to the operation.
Backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments would be particularly relevant.
