Senior People & Culture Manager - Publishing

Hybrid 4/1

We're partnering with a well-known media and publishing business to recruit a Senior People & Culture Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner looking for greater autonomy, ownership and variety across the full employee lifecycle.

Part of a wider media group, the company operates very much as its own entity, giving you the freedom to shape the People agenda while benefiting from the support and expertise of the wider group when needed.

This is an organisation with around 50 employees all London based, and the Senior P&C Manager is the standalone HR lead with support from an Administrator and office manager. You will work directly with senior leaders in the business covering but also have a dotted line to a HR Director from the group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
