Senior HR Manager
We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle across its UK Retail and Head Office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across the UK.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers on all people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.
- Support recruitment, talent management, succession planning and L&D.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant with UK employment law.
- Use people data and insights to support business decisions.

About You
- Strong generalist experience at HR Manager or Senior HR Manager level.
- Experience supporting both Retail and Head Office teams.
- Confident managing employee relations and applying UK employment law.
- An effective stakeholder manager with strong communication and coaching skills.
- Commercially aware, approachable and people-focused.
- Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle or another consumer-led business.
- Multi-site retail experience would be advantageous.
