Job Description

Please note that we will never request payment or bank account information at any stage of the recruitment process. As we continue to grow our teams, we urge you to be cautious of fraudulent job postings or recruitment activities that misuse our company name and information. Please protect your personal information during any recruitment process. About The Role

Join our creative team as a Senior Hybrid Designer/Motion for a 6-month FTC to work with one of our biggest clients. We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented designer with a strong foundation in both digital and social content. A keen eye for detail, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential. Additionally, you should be able to seamlessly transition between design and motion design tasks, delivering high-quality files that meet both organisational and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creatives and PMs to produce impactful visuals.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals.
  • Adapt and scale a variety of assets for digital/social formats.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks with the support of your lead and Project Managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
