The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Hydraulic Modeller to take technical ownership across modelling projects, support clients and stakeholders, and help develop the wider modelling team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, calibrate and validate hydraulic models.
- Undertake hydraulic, river and water quality modelling.
- Use modelling outputs for root cause analysis, risk assessment and solution development.
- Support TOTEX solutions and design teams with modelling-led recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate technical findings.
- Improve modelling processes, specifications and technical standards.
Key Requirements:
- Significant hydraulic modelling experience within water/wastewater.
- Strong InfoWorks ICM experience; InfoAsset Manager, Risk Master, MapInfo/ArcGIS beneficial.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and water quality.
- Experience in model development, verification and solution development.
- Strong Excel/data interrogation skills, including VBA.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Chartered or working towards Chartership desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
