Senior IAA Immigration Consultant – London
Job Type: Permanent
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £75,000.00 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Benefits
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the effective delivery and coordination of UK Immigration services to both corporate and private clients.
This is a pivotal role in the continued development and growth of the UK Immigration practice, with responsibility for building strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers, supporting the wider Immigration team, and expanding the capability, quality and scope of services offered.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Provide professional, timely and accurate UK immigration advice, including visa options, sponsor obligations and compliance.
- Monitor UK immigration legislation, policy, guidance and case law to ensure advice remains accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the UK Immigration function, including best practice, processes and knowledge sharing.
- Work with engineering and product teams to develop technology-enabled workflows and automation that improve the efficiency and scalability of immigration casework.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted immigration adviser.

The Person
To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive knowledge of UK immigration legislation and policy
- IAA registration at Level 1 or higher (essential requirement)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Relationship management and interpersonal relations
- Decision making, planning and organising
- Good judgement and analytical ability
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and structured, analytical and disciplined approach
- Flexibility and enthusiasm
- The ability to build and manage relationships with peers and senior management globally
