Job Title: Senior IAM Engineer (One Identity)

Location: Hybrid - Livingston, Osterley or Central London (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Senior IAM Engineer Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and enhance Identity and Access Management solutions using One Identity Manager.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD/Entra ID and other identity sources.
  • Develop custom automation and scripting using PowerShell, SQL and other scripting technologies.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Maintain authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle processes across enterprise systems.
  • Perform platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance.
  • Conduct security reviews, support audits and ensure compliance with recognised security frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues and contribute to IAM best practice across the organisation.

Senior IAM Engineer Requirements

  • Commercial experience developing and supporting One Identity Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance principles.
  • Experience with authentication protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and SQL/T-SQL.
  • Experience integrating Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP and enterprise identity sources.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access controls and least privilege principles.
  • Experience working within security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST or CIS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
