Senior IBA Specialist
Salary: Circa £50,000 DOE
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
An opportunity for an experienced insurance broking IBA professional to take ownership of the day-to-day IBA function within an established independent broker.
Looking for:
- Strong hands-on IBA experience within an insurance broking environment
- Strong Acturis experience, particularly across IBA/accounts
- End-to-end experience across reconciliations, cash allocation, insurer settlements, aged debt, refunds, and resolving discrepancies
- Good practical understanding of FCA/CASS client money requirements
- Confident liaising with brokers, insurers, and clients to resolve queries
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership within a smaller team
- Commercial insurance experience preferred
