The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Flood Risk Consultant to lead and deliver complex flood risk projects across the UK. You will utilise your expertise in hydraulic modelling, hydrology, and GIS to manage projects involving InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and Flood Modeller. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide innovative solutions for flood risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver flood risk projects with a focus on integrated catchment modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
- Mentor and support junior team members in developing their skills.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure collaborative working.
- Utilise GIS skills in ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS for project delivery.
- Contribute to business development activities including tendering and client engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in 1D:2D modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
- Experience in flood risk analyses for strategy, planning, and design purposes.
- Strong GIS skills and experience with TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and ESTRY.
- Chartered status or working towards it is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
