About the role

Navigator is building one of the fastest-growing commerce media networks in the market, a managed service and self-service business spanning US, EMEA, and APAC with an ambition to scale toward $300M in revenue. Data and identity infrastructure sit at the core of that growth: every advertiser and retail partner we bring onto the network depends on clean, well-structured audience data flowing seamlessly from ingestion through to activation, whether we’re running the campaign ourselves or enabling a client to activate independently.

We’re looking for a Senior Identity & Data Onboarding Engineer to own that pipeline end-to-end, from the moment a data partner’s hashed audience lands with us, through clean room structuring, to identity resolution and DSP-ready activation. This is a hands-on, build-and-own role for someone who wants to shape the data backbone of a network operating at serious scale.

What you’ll do

  • Partner directly with data providers to define ingestion requirements for hashed email and other identifier feeds into our clean room environment
  • Design and maintain the schemas, storage structures, and ordering logic that keep partner audiences clean, queryable, and correctly structured inside the clean room
  • Work hands-on with identity partners (e.g. LiveRamp) to build and maintain the identity spine, resolving hashed identifiers into activation-ready IDs
  • Structure and deliver audiences for activation across both our managed service campaigns and self-service client setups, including standing up PMPs and pushing deal IDs directly to a client’s own DSP seat
  • Ensure resolved audiences are correctly packaged for our DSP stack (DV360, StackAdapt, Index Exchange, and others), regardless of who’s running the trade
  • Troubleshoot match-rate, data quality, and latency issues across the ingestion-to-activation chain, working closely with both data partners and internal stakeholders
  • Build repeatable, documented onboarding processes so new data partners and clients can be brought in quickly and reliably as the network scales
  • Stay ahead of the evolving identity landscape (RampID, UID2.0, PAIR, and similar) and recommend where Navigator’s approach should evolve

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 to 8 years in data engineering, identity resolution, or data onboarding roles within adtech, martech, or commerce media
  • Hands-on experience with data clean room environments (LiveRamp Clean Room, or equivalent), including schema design, data connections, and query/analysis rules
  • Working knowledge of identity resolution concepts and infrastructure: hashed identifiers, deterministic/probabilistic matching, identity graphs, and pseudonymous ID spines
  • Practical experience setting up PMP deals and deal ID delivery for DSP activation
  • Direct experience working with identity vendors such as LiveRamp; familiarity with Experian, ID5, or similar identity/data providers is a plus
  • Comfort working across DSP ecosystems (DV360, StackAdapt, Index Exchange, or similar) and understanding how activation requirements shape upstream data structure
  • Strong SQL and pipeline/ETL skills, with comfort in cloud data environments (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
  • A partner-facing mindset. This role sits between external data providers, clients, and internal teams, so clear communication matters as much as technical depth
