Senior Financial Services Administrator (IFA) – York
We’re supporting a highly reputable Chartered Financial Planning firm in York that prides itself on exceptional client service, a supportive team culture, and a genuinely people-first approach. They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role
This is a senior-level position for someone confident in end-to-end IFA administration. You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, managing complex cases, preparing documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing your own workload with accuracy and accountability
- Supporting Financial Planners with diary management, meeting preparation, and client communication
- Attending client meetings and handling complex or technical cases
- Processing new business and overseeing full case progression
- Preparing high-quality documentation, meeting notes, and suitability report drafts
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining high professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in IFA/financial planning administration
- Solid understanding of pensions, investments, and protection
- Confident using financial services platforms and CRMs
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive culture
