Fram is working with a well-established financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its team in Norwich. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning and provides a supportive, collaborative working environment with hybrid working arrangements.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, providing comprehensive administrative support across the advice process.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing client documentation
- Processing new business
- Liaising with providers
- Managing client enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring cases progress efficiently from application through to completion

The successful individual will become an important part of the client support function, helping to deliver a professional and efficient experience for both clients and advisers.

This may appeal to an experienced IFA Administrator or Senior IFA Administrator who enjoys working in a busy financial planning environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of client service. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience supporting Financial Planners within an independent financial advice firm will be important.
