We are recruiting for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join an established Wealth Management business, providing high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client review preparation, valuations and review packs.
- Processing new business, transfers, withdrawals and policy changes.
- Liaising with providers and chasing outstanding information.
- Supporting Advisers with research, investment information and client recommendations.
- Preparing client correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing client files and ensuring compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for Advisers, clients and providers.
- Supporting and improving administrative processes where required.

- Strong experience within IFA/Wealth Management administration.
- Confident supporting Financial Advisers with complex client cases.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements.
- Confident using financial services systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
