IFA Administrator / Client Account Manager

Bromsgrove or Kings Norton

Up to £35,000 + 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Closure + Pension + Hybrid Working After Probation + Career Development

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a growing independent financial planning firm where your experience, client focus and work ethic are genuinely valued over qualifications?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Independent Financial Advice practice that is growing from four to six advisers over the coming year. As the business continues to expand, they’re investing heavily in their in-house administration team to deliver an outstanding client experience and build long-term careers.

Unlike many financial planning firms, this business believes great administrators are built through practical experience, accountability and exceptional customer service—not simply qualifications. You’ll join a close-knit team where decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed, and every member of staff plays an important role in the firm’s continued success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

While you’ll need a solid understanding of the advice process and suitability reports, the technical paraplanning is handled centrally through the firm’s network, allowing you to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional client service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys building client relationships and wants genuine opportunities to progress into Senior Administration, Client Account Management or Operations as the business continues to grow.
