Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for the flexibility of remote working without sacrificing career progression, team support, or involvement in high quality financial planning? We're working with a growing and highly respected wealth management firm seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to play a key role in supporting Advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Opportunity
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the end to end administration of client cases while acting as a trusted support to Advisers and Paraplanners. This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a modern, client focused business that values expertise and rewards initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business applications from submission through to completion.
- Process pension, investment, protection, and retirement planning cases.
- Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with providers, platforms, and clients to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Support Advisers and Paraplanners with technical and administrative queries.
- Monitor pipelines and proactively chase outstanding business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service delivery.
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members where required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Senior IFA Administrator within a financial planning environment.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection products.
- Experience using platforms such as Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.

Applicants must be based in West Yorkshire or the surrounding areas. Office attendance required only on the occasional basis, typically up to twice per month, for team meetings, training, and collaboration days.
