About this role
We are looking for a talented Illustrator to create original pieces of artwork for Moniepoint products. You will work as part of our User Experience, digital & creative team, interpreting complex briefs and developing inspiring artwork that will attract our target audience. You will be responsible for formulating concepts and rendering draft illustrations from written words, models, sketched ideas, and from your imagination. Ultimately, we are hiring a creative individual who can turn concepts into artistic marketable images.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rough draft illustrations according to requirements and the company’s specifications and needs.
- Create complete illustrations and refine design concepts using a wide range of colors, graphics, effects, and illustration software.
- Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex visual shapes.
- Ensure that all digital illustrations meet high quality and color standards.
- Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new creative ideas, patterns, visual styles, and concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design techniques, industry trends, and graphics software.

Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, design, visual arts, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or similar visual design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of completed illustrations.
- Proven hands-on work experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced drawing, painting, and digital artwork rendering skills.
- Deep expertise in image editing and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong conceptual thinking and artistic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
