Job Title: Senior Immigration Consultant
We are partnering with a global immigration and mobility specialist supporting businesses with international expansion, talent mobility, and cross-border immigration. With a client-focused and solutions-driven approach, they provide tailored immigration support to organizations and individuals navigating complex international requirements.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join the UK In-house team. This role will manage a varied UK immigration caseload, providing high-quality advice and support to corporate clients, HR contacts, and assignees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UK inbound immigration matters, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Leave to Remain, Entry Clearance, ILR, and British Citizenship applications.
- Provide immigration advice and practical guidance to HR teams, assignees, and corporate clients.
- Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research where required.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure all matters are progressed within agreed timescales and in line with current legislation and company procedures.
- Monitor cases through to completion, including ongoing tracking and audit requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client service.
- Provide guidance and support to Immigration Coordinators and Consultants, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Identify potential issues, provide solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements across the UK immigration function.
- Support the wider team with service reviews and the development of new products and processes.

- 4+ years' experience managing UK immigration casework.
- IAA Level 1 accreditation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration routes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent legal research, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Confident working independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- Proactive, consultative, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
