Job Title: Senior Impact and Insight Manager

Salary Range: £56,500 to £60,000
Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working

Role Summary:
We’re seeking an innovative and collaborative research lead to be an authority on careers education across England. Using a wide range of evidence and data, the Senior Impact and Insight Manager will work with the Associate Director, Policy and Impact to drive an evidence-led approach to CEC’s mission, supporting the development of high quality, impactful careers education.

Essential Criteria:
- Strong analytical and research skills, covering quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ability to distil and communicate relevant insight for policy and practitioner audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to lead a small team working across a wide range of projects.
- A proven track record in operating in a social research and policy context, ideally within education or related policy area.
