About The Role

As a Senior Implementation Analyst you will help our enterprise-level customers resolve challenges while launching new Intellect technology and software. You will need to be a team player, take initiative, enjoy working with technology, and be customer oriented. You should have strong listening skills, empathy, and a desire to solve problems.

What You'll Do For Intellect (Key Responsibilities)

  • Learn and coach others on the relevant Intellect product suite.
  • Conduct onboarding of new customers.
  • Strategically guide customers with the implementation and launch of Intellect’s product suite.
  • Train customers and other team members on Intellect’s product suite.
  • Understand customer challenges and evaluate business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into system design.
  • Manage activities to drive completion and support through project milestone objectives.
  • Recommend and execute continuous improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders at enterprise clients, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships throughout the implementation.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, including VP and C-suite, translating between customer and technical language where necessary.
  • Explore and design ways to meet customer needs in situations where established processes may not yet exist.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales teams, communicating effectively with colleagues across multiple time zones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need To Be Successful (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years of experience implementing software systems and SaaS
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies, objectives, and concepts.
  • Knowledge of Connected Front End Worker (CFW) software and practices.
  • Knowledge of various standards and regulatory frameworks (such as ISO 9001, CFR 21 Part 11, etc.)
  • Technological savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects and leading large-scale programs and change management initiatives
  • Experience with customer project design and scoping
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-suite level
  • Strong analytical thinking, with experience using data to demonstrate ROI and success
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions; experience with highly configurable software products is a plus
  • Highly collaborative team player, able to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Strong detail orientation, organization, follow-through, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, flexibly shifting focus and priority according to business needs
  • Ability to build relationships, cultivate trust, and foster partnerships with all levels internally and externally

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B SaaS
  • Experience working in or with manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Experience working with global clients, including those where English is not their first language
  • A qualification or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proficiency with collaboration and instant messaging tools (e.g., Slack, Teams)
