At Unmind, we're here to create better mental health.

We believe mental health should be a source of strength, not struggle โ€“ for people, teams, and entire organisations.

We combine science, technology, and human care to help companies like Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS improve mental health and drive performance.

Now weโ€™re looking for more brilliant people to help us do it.

๐Ÿš€ Our Values

Weโ€™re building a company where ambition and empathy go hand in hand.

  • Outpace the rest โ€“ Move fast. Deliver excellence.
  • Stronger together โ€“ We go further, faster, together.
  • Client first โ€“ We win, when our clients win.

๐ŸŒˆ Inclusion & Belonging

Weโ€™re building a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported โ€“ and where difference is celebrated.

๐ŸŽฏ The Role โ€” Senior Implementation Consultant

Unmind is transforming workplace mental health, and weโ€™re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to own the delivery of client launches, live client platform changes, integrations, and time-critical implementation work.

In this role, youโ€™ll be the clear accountable owner from requirements through to go-live โ€” combining project management, technical implementation, client leadership, and cross-functional coordination to protect delivery continuity and client confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Own client implementation and change projects end to end, from requirements gathering and planning through to configuration, QA, launch, and handover, keeping momentum where deadlines are fixed or commercially important.
  • Join pre-sales calls to talk clients through our process, answer questions, and be a credible person on these calls.
  • Hold executive presence with client-facing leads for HR, IT, security, benefits, and other senior stakeholders, setting expectations clearly and confidently.
  • Configure the platform, validate integrations, troubleshoot implementation issues, and escalate with clear diagnostic context when needed.
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success so risks, blockers, actions, and ownership are visible.
  • Maintain strong implementation records, handovers, and processes to reduce single-point-of-failure risk.
  • Surface recurring implementation themes and improvement opportunities to strengthen how we deliver for clients.
  • Protect client experience at key moments, especially during new launches, complex changes, and first impressions.
  • Flex across the wider Operations and Product Support functions where required, helping resolve client-impacting issues, improve processes, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Enable Operations team members to support with implementations when needed.

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
