The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our London team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of ECI’s client’s technologies globally. This includes evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and Client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, validate and troubleshoot deployments, hardware/software installations and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs, and assisting with the creation of internal documentation and client facing training materials.
This is a hybrid with a strong preference for candidates to be based in the London area.
What you will do:
- Work on a team with talented engineers such as yourself, who enjoy collaborating to meet project objectives.
- Deploy on-premises infrastructure services, integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem solutions, and ECI’s Private Cloud base solutions.
- Independently drive project objectives to closure with minimal to no supervision while providing regular status updates to project manager and team.
- Collaborate with various groups in the organization to implement innovative technologies, upgrade, migrate, and retire outdated Infrastructure and solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, lessons learned for integrating into iterative deployment process and automation improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in existing or onboarding client’s project or preproduction environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors.
- Engages in self-directed continuous improvement and learning of ECI and Industry products including Azure/O365/AWS certifications throughout the year.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience, with 10+ years of progressive experience executing enterprise infrastructure, hybrid, and cloud‑based implementations in production environments.
- Advanced, hands‑on experience implementing, migrating, and supporting Windows Server–based and Microsoft cloud platforms, including Windows Server (2016/2019/2025), PowerShell automation, Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity synchronization, Exchange Online and Hybrid, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, using standardized build and security patterns.
- Strong experience executing endpoint and device management scenarios using Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM implementations across corporate‑owned and BYOD environments, with attention to security, compliance, and user impact.
- Proven ability to build, migrate, decommission, and troubleshoot core identity and infrastructure services—including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, DFS/DFSR, and Group Policy—in complex, production enterprise environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation artifacts and to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and client‑facing skills, with a focus on effective technical discovery, active listening, and clear communication of risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Highly self‑directed and accountable, with strong ownership of assigned implementation work, consistent follow‑through, and a high level of attention to detail in execution and validation.
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving complex, multi‑system issues, managing multiple concurrent implementation tasks, and operating effectively in fast‑paced delivery environments.
- Client‑focused mindset with a proven ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity to client impact during implementations, migrations, cutovers, and issue resolution.
