ARE YOU THE ONE?
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Retail Implementation Manager who thrives on delivering complex programmes, leading teams and turning retail strategy into exceptional customer experiences.
If you’re passionate about retail, technology and innovation, love bringing ambitious ideas to life and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to deliver at scale, this could be the perfect role for you.

From new retail concepts and customer experiences to fixtures, technology solutions and operational enhancements, you’ll ensure Samsung’s retail vision is delivered consistently, effectively and to the highest standard.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic retail implementation projects, from concept and planning through to rollout and post-project evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and budgets.
- Manage multiple concurrent programmes across Samsung’s retail estate, coordinating activity across stores, contact centres, agencies, suppliers and channel partners.
- Translate strategic business and partner objectives into actionable retail implementation plans that enhance customer experience and support commercial growth.
- Establish strong project governance, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery performance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Activations & Operations, Marketing, Sales, Retail Excellence, Field Teams, Procurement and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency, scalability and consistency.
- Lead project closure, including reporting, budget reconciliation, lessons learned, performance reviews and ROI assessment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
