Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Finance Product team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission by ensuring we build smart and scalable internal financial systems and empower millions more people with instant, borderless money.
Your Mission:
As a financial institution moving billions of GBP of customer money in more than 70 countries, Wise must have bulletproof financials.
As Wise expands globally, creating new products for our customers, and starting more lines of businesses, it introduces significant complexities to recording our financials. Some of these complexities are solved by creating new systems/tools or integrating with third-party systems into our existing finance systems.
This role offers the unique opportunity which requires both technical and finance chops and will support Wise in being financially compliant while ensuring our bigger team can make timely, accurate and sustainable business decisions based on a global set of financials.
How you’ll contribute to our Mission:
Our Finance Implementation team ensures that anything happening in Wise that has a financial impact is integrated into our financial systems and is properly recorded and controlled. This requires working closely with our finance, product and engineering teams on understanding how things work in Wise and how they translate into compliant financials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
