Job Description

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Pricing squad in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise's mission by enabling delivery of critical projects across all business verticals. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our pricing is fair, transparent, competitive, and implemented flawlessly across every product and route globally.

You’ll be the bridge between commercial pricing and pricing engineering teams in Wise on one hand, and global product teams that want to launch new products that need pricing support, on the other.

Your Mission

As an Implementation Manager for Pricing you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of reprices and tax changes, and related operational & process enhancements.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Pricing team:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Wise’s global reprice process. Repricing is one of our core mechanisms to deliver on our mission of ‘Min Fees’. We operate with one of the most detailed cost & pricing structures - with the aim of ensuring that customers pay only for what they use. You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end quarterly reprice process - including coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, managing pricing communications, and ensuring all changes are deployed accurately and on-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond pricing (compliance, product teams, regional teams, marketing) on the reprice process execution
  • Work with global product and regional teams to ensure effective implementation of new routes, prices and taxes
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams to ensure repricing-related operational processes are set up to satisfy business objectives, regulatory and audit requirements and technical specifications
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guide product engineering teams in the development of required solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
