đOur Values: What We Live By
đ«¶Start With People - We remember our work affects real people, so we take the time to listen, understand and act with care.
đ€Own It, Together - We take responsibility for our part, support each other through the messy bits, and focus on fixing things rather than finding blame.
đClear Is Kind - We speak honestly and with care. We donât avoid difficult conversations, and we make sure people have the clarity they need to move forward.
đ„Why This Role Is SO Important:
Weâre looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist, Process & AI to play a hands-on role in the build and delivery of customer implementations. Working closely with Implementation Managers, youâll help turn approved solution designs into live, working customer setups while increasing delivery capacity and improving consistency across the team.
This role sits right at the heart of implementation delivery. It isnât a pure admin role, and it isnât a pure solution design role either. Itâs a practical delivery support role with real responsibility for build activity, configuration support, data preparation, testing support, documentation and internal coordination. Alongside that, thereâs a clear improvement mission: spotting friction, duplication and manual effort, then helping redesign the way we work using AI, automation, templates and stronger operational discipline.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Letâs be clear from the start: this isnât a passive coordination role. Youâll be in the detail of implementations, helping delivery move forward day to day while also identifying where processes can be smarter, cleaner and more scalable. You are the builder, the improver, and the person helping the wider team execute more effectively.
- Supporting implementation delivery: Helping build and configure Rotageek and ELMO solutions in line with approved solution designs and delivery plans.
- Turning designs into live setups: Working alongside Implementation Managers to translate approved designs into accurate system setup and build-ready activity.
- Owning detailed delivery tasks: Supporting configuration tasks, data preparation, data uploads, validation activity, build administration and delivery follow-through.
- Keeping delivery artefacts sharp: Preparing and maintaining trackers, specifications, templates, test scripts, issue logs and handover documentation.
- Supporting testing and go-live readiness: Helping with testing cycles, defect tracking, UAT preparation and go-live readiness activity.
- Raising risks early: Carrying out build-related tasks with care and consistency, while escalating gaps, ambiguities and risks early.
- Driving clean handovers: Helping ensure implementation work is completed accurately, documented properly and handed over cleanly.
- Building repeatable ways of working: Contributing to a more structured, repeatable build process across the team.
- Working closely with Implementation Managers: Taking ownership of defined build, coordination and follow-up tasks that keep active projects moving.
- Reviewing and redesigning process: Using hands-on involvement in delivery to spot clunky, inconsistent, repetitive or overly manual ways of working, then helping shape more efficient alternatives.
- Standardising smarter delivery: Creating checklists, templates, playbooks, clearer documentation and stronger controls that improve speed, clarity, quality and repeatability.
- Using AI and automation practically: Identifying real opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual effort across documentation, validation, data handling, quality checks, build preparation, reporting and knowledge capture.
- Creating reusable tools: Helping build prompts, templates, workflows and automations that improve consistency and save time.
- Improving team adoption: Supporting the team in adopting smarter ways of working that are genuinely useful in practice.
- Maintaining delivery discipline: Keeping implementation records, build notes, actions, risks and supporting documents accurate, complete and easy to use.
- Improving visibility: Helping surface recurring delivery issues, blockers and improvement opportunities through strong documentation and pattern recognition.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
